Family Service of Middletown The mission of Family Service of Middletown (FSM) is to serve our community by providing emergency assistance to individuals and families in need.

At Family Service of Middletown, our mission is to provide food to those in need within our community. With the help of our donors and volunteers, we strive to end hunger and improve the lives of those we serve. Founded in 1944, Family Service of Middletown has been serving our community for over 80 years. We started as a small food pantry and have since grown to a full-scale food bank, serving over 10,000 individuals every year.

Holiday food help assistance sign ups will be the last 2 weeks of October @ 1224 Elm Street between 9:30am and 11:30am Monday Wednesday and Thursday between 2:30 and 5:30pm first come, first served until we run out of donations. The sign ups are for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sign up and you will be called to confirm that you will receive a basket.
