🍻 FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16 — MEET & GREET
📍 Concentric Brewing Company — Portland, CT
Kick off the weekend with us Friday night. Come hang out with the instructors, meet some of our vendors, grab a drink, talk shop, and enjoy a night with firefighters from across the area before we get to work Saturday morning.

Real-world engine company operations built around what many of us actually face every day — doing more with less. Hands-on training focused on stretching, fire attack, decision-making, and getting the job done with limited staffing.
🚒 THE ALL HANDS TOUR — RECRUIT EDITION

⏱️ 24 HOURS — SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY

If there was ever a class to take in the fire service, THIS IS IT.
For 24 hours, you’re not just attending a class.
You’re working a shift.
Students will be assigned to companies and operate out of the firehouse as if they were on duty. Throughout the 24-hour tour, companies will be dispatched to simulated incidents and training evolutions, including:
🔥 Multiple live-fire structure fire evolutions
🚗 Vehicle fires
🛠️ Vehicle extrications
🚒 Engine and truck company operations
📻 Company assignments and simulated emergency responses
And between calls? You’re back at the firehouse.
You’ll train. You’ll eat together. You’ll cook together. You’ll talk about the job. You’ll get some downtime. Then the tones drop again and you go back to work.
It is 24 hours of living the firehouse experience with your brothers and sisters while getting more hands-on training and repetitions than you could pack into a normal training day.
This isn’t sitting in a classroom listening to somebody tell you how the fire service works.
You’re going to live it.

An eight-hour officer development program focused on becoming more than the person wearing the bugles — leadership, responsibility, decision-making, and becoming the officer your people deserve.

A full day of hands-on truck company work focused on the skills, tactics, and aggressive operations that make an effective truck company.
