Resolution 2026-04 (Tentative FY 2027 Budget & FY 2026 Additional Revenues and Expenditures) - Discuss and Possibly Approve Resolution 2026-04 Detailing the FY 2027 Budget and the 2026 Budget Additions for Midway Sanitation District

a. Discussion – Discuss the Approved Tentative Budget for FY 2027 as well as the Additional Expenses and Revenues for the Current Year Budget

b. Public Hearing – Receive Public Comment on the 2027 Proposed Tentative Budget/Resolution and Additional Expenses & Revenues of the Current Year Budget

c. Action –Possibly Approve Resolution 2026-04 Adopting the FY 2027 Final Budget and the Additional Expenses & Revenues of the Current Year Budget

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway Sanitation District on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Midway City Offices, 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items:

Resolution 2026-04 FY 2027 Tentative Budget/Public Hearing – The Adopted Fiscal Year 2027 Tentative Budget for Midway Sanitation District and additional items to be added to the Current FY 2026 Budget
