💧 Imagine a Day Without Water 💧 | October 15, 2026

Have you ever stopped to imagine what a day without water would look like? 💧From the water we drink and cook with to the water that supports our schools, hospitals, local businesses, agriculture, and power generation, it plays an essential role in nearly every part of our daily lives.

In recognition of Governor Bill Lee’s “Imagine a Day Without Water” Day, we’re reminded that clean, reliable drinking water is something we should never take for granted. Behind every turn of the tap is a dedicated team working to ensure our community has access to this essential resource.

At Milan Public Utilities Authority (MPUA), we’re proud to help keep our community flowing! 💧

IMPORTANT MILAN FALL FESTIVAL UPDATE!

🚨 NEW DATE: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2026!

Due to the forecasted weather conditions for this Saturday, we have made the difficult decision to RESCHEDULE the 9th Annual Milan Fall Festival to Saturday, October 31, from 10 AM–4 PM in Downtown Milan!

Now, we know we've been advertising RAIN OR SHINE all along... but we didn't exactly account for hurricane-level rain and wind being part of the equation! 😅🌧️

With nearly 100 shopping vendors, 20 food vendors, live entertainment, children's activities, and so much more, there are a LOT of moving pieces that go into making this event happen. Our priority is keeping everyone safe while providing the best possible experience for our vendors, attendees, and community.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post! We can't wait to see everyone on October 31st! 🎃
