In September and October Sullivan County residents will have 3 different opportunities to participate in local Residential Collection Events. Information of what is being collected is attached.

The 3 seperate events will be:

*Saturday September 12, 2026; 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Trenton Street Department 1900 E 16th St, Trenton, MO

*Saturday October 10, 2026; 9:00am - 12:00pm at 301 S 28th Street, Bethany, MO

*Saturday October 17, 2026; 9:00am - 12:00pm at the CMU Warehouse 1515 Waterworks Rd, Chillicothe, MO

All 3 events will follow the same guidelines as attached. Please contact Brandy Jones (660-359-5636, ext 20) with any questions. Sullivan County is planning to hold one of these events in the spring of 2027.

📣 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗙𝗔 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!

Since its founding, the MFA Oil Foundation has awarded more than $4 million in grants to support projects that strengthen the communities we serve.

Organizations and institutions can now apply for Community Betterment and Community Development Grants. Please note that only the first 100 applications received will be reviewed, and the application period may close before the September 18 deadline if that limit is reached.

✅ Applications open: August 31, 2026
✅ Deadline: September 18, 2026, at 5 p.m. (or sooner if 100 applications are received)

If you know a school, first responder organization, community center, library, 4-H or FFA program, or other local group that could benefit, help us spread the word!
