Is your child due for an eye exam? The HealthSource of Ohio Mobile Vision team is coming to Milford Exempted Village Schools November 2–10!

Comprehensive eye exams are available for students of all ages, and eligible students in kindergarten through third grade can receive FREE glasses through HealthSource’s partnership with OhioSEE.

After submitting the initial form, watch for an email by the next business day to complete the consent and health history form. Both forms are required for your child to receive services.

Give your child the gift of better vision and help them see their best in the classroom and beyond!

1) Sign up
2) Visit the Library to claim your sign-up prize
3) Read and log 13 days of reading during the month of October (it doesn't matter how long or what you read, as long as you read!)
4) Visit the Library again to claim your completion prize

We had a ton of fun!

Buses 1 & 3 went to Seipelt for their final elementary stop and Seipelt did NOT disappoint‼️ Y'all were amazingly energetic and got all of us hyped‼️ We can't wait to see ALL OF YOU at the football game tomorrow🦅
