Tonight we suffered a great loss. Please keep the Memphis Fire Department and the families of the firefighters involved in your prayers.

As we all wake up this morning. In the early hours last night Memphis fire was involved in a vehicle accident. As we bring this morning to the rise let’s also rise our prays for our brothers and sister of the Memphis fire department as they go through this difficult time in these next days, weeks and months.

4th of July Heat Advisory - areas along and west of the Mississippi River will have a Heat Advisory in effect from 12PM - 8PM CDT tomorrow, July 4th. 🥵 With all the outdoor activities planned for tomorrow, it is SO important that you hydrate in advance (and often!) and take frequent breaks when outside. Heat index values at or above 105F are expected across the area tomorrow! Take extra precautions to protect yourself and other vulnerable populations (children, pets, the elderly, etc) from heat exhaustion 👶🐶👵👴. Enjoy the holiday but be careful! 🔥🌡️🎆

Okay so this will hopefully continue as a annual event with us! But it will be held on the 4th of July we will have a food and fun events! Come on out and bust watch have fun and enjoy some good company.

We ask that everyone doing fireworks this year that you have a water source near by. Enjoy the fun! And be careful

Tipton county is under a burn ban for all out side burning.
Including:
Burn barrels
Grass/woodland
Leaves
Construction materials
Ditch’s
Camp fires

Please do not burn at all this is in effect till further notice!
