467th ENGINEER BATTALION
Constituted 7 February 1944 in the Army of the United States as the 1266th Engineer Combat Battalion.

Activated 27 March 1944 at Camp Bowie, Texas. Inactivated 8 November 1945 at Camp Gruber, Oklahoma. Allotted 26 February 1947 to the Organized Reserves. Activated 14 March 1947 at Memphis, Tennessee. (Organized Reserves redesignated 25 March 1948 as the Organized Reserve Corps; redesignated 9 July 1952 as the Army Reserve). Redesignated 4 June 1948 as the 467th Engineer Combat Battalion.
