UPDATE 10:40 A.M. OCT. 11: Wedgewood Community Center has distributed all meals this morning and will resume service for dinner at 4:30 p.m.

UPDATE 9 A.M. OCT. 11: The Century feeding site opening is delayed approximately 30 minutes. Please remain in line if you are waiting for food, and Salvation Army will begin distribution as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

🥪 SALVATION ARMY FOOD DISTRIBUTION SITES OPENING SUNDAY, OCT. 11:

The Salvation Army has deployed canteens to Escambia County following Hurricane Isaias. Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner to anyone in need of food will be offered at the following locations in Escambia County:

📍Carver Park Resource Center - 208 Webb St., Cantonment
📍Century Community Shelter - 720 Hecker Road, Century
📍Marie K. Young - Wedgewood Community Center - 6405 Wagner Road, Pensacola
📍Pensacola Library - 239 N. Spring St., Pensacola

Serving times:
• Breakfast and lunch: 9 a.m.
• Hot dinner: 4:30 p.m.

Meals are available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.

Update: All produce has found a new home. We love you, neighbors!

Hurricane Isaias may have knocked out our power, but it hasn’t knocked out our love for this community! 💚

The Farm is still without power, and we have fresh produce that needs a home. So instead of letting it go to waste, we’re sharing it with YOU!

SANTA ROSA COUNTY CURFEW IN EFFECT

Sheriff Bob Johnson has issued a dusk-to-dawn curfew for Santa Rosa County following the storm.

This curfew is being implemented due to widespread power outages, nonfunctioning traffic signals, and to help prevent looting and protect homes and businesses throughout our community.

The curfew will also allow power companies and utility crews to safely make necessary repairs without unnecessary traffic on the road, helping protect those working to restore services.

We ask everyone to stay off the roads during curfew hours unless absolutely necessary.

Our deputies will be out patrolling neighborhoods and business areas to help keep our community safe.

Please stay home, stay safe, and give crews the space they need to work.
