🎃👻 MONSTER MASH IS THIS THURSDAY!! 👻🎃

We are SO excited for our Monster Mash this Thursday! We want to make sure everyone has a few important details ahead of time so you can arrive ready to kick back, have fun, and enjoy the night! 🧡💜

🕔 WHEN CAN WE GET IN?

* 5:45 PM: Early admission for families who preregistered and prepaid!
* 6:00 PM: Doors open for everyone else. Walk-ups are welcome!

🚪 WHICH DOOR DO WE USE?
Please enter through the 4th/5th grade doors, located to the right of the main entrance.

🎟️ WHAT ABOUT RAFFLE TICKETS?
If you prepaid for raffle tickets, they will be waiting for you at check-in! These tickets can be used for:

* 🎯 Playing games
* 🌭 Purchasing hot dogs and concessions
* 🎁 Entering our AMAZING raffle basket drawings (trust us, you won’t want to miss these this year! 🤩)

Important raffle reminder: Be sure to write your full name on your raffle tickets for the basket drawings. You must be present to win! Need more tickets? You can purchase additional tickets at the event.

⏰ DON’T FORGET TO PREREGISTER!
Online preregistration closes Wednesday at 5:00 PM! This gives us time to organize admission and prepaid raffle ticket lists before the big night. Prepaying also gets you that awesome 15-minute early entry perk! 🙌

🌮 October Restaurant Fundraiser Night

Join us this Tuesday, October 13, from 4–8 PM at Qdoba on Hwy 100 and National! Flyers went home this past week with more information. Be sure to mention General Mitchell’s Fundraiser when checking out so our school receives credit for your purchase!

📚 Our Second Monthly PTA Meeting

We’ll also be meeting this Tuesday, October 13, at 6 PM in the Teacher’s Lounge at school! Come join us, chat with fellow Mitchell families, and learn more about the exciting events we have planned for this fall. We’d love to see you there!

This year’s Monster Mash will be held Thursday, October 29th, from 6–8 PM at Mitchell School!

Just like years past, there will be games, dancing, concessions, and of course… RAFFLE BASKETS!

We highly encourage everyone to preregister for admission AND prepay for raffle tickets to help make check-in go as smoothly as possible. Visit our Givebacks Store to do so today! Additional raffle tickets will also be available for purchase the night of the event.

🌈 A HUGE THANK YOU, MITCHELL COMMUNITY! 🌈

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Mitchell community for coming out to the Color Run last night! With all the brightly colored shirts, colorful faces, and BIG smiles, it was clear that everyone had an absolute blast—and we certainly did too! 💙💛💚🩷

A special thank-you to Kona Ice for the delicious treats! They were definitely a huge hit! 🍧

We are also incredibly grateful to our wonderful volunteers for their time, energy, and support of the Mitchell PTA. Your dedication helps make these fun experiences possible for our students and families, and we couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

We can’t wait to see you all at our next event in October… 👻🎃 THE MONSTER MASH! 🎃👻

🎨🏃‍♀️ COLOR RUN REMINDER! 🏃‍♂️🎨

Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is the Color Run from 5–7 PM on the lower playground! We can’t wait to see everyone there! Here are a few important things to note:

1️⃣ Online preregistration closes TONIGHT at 9 PM! Walk-up registration will be available tomorrow starting at 5 PM.

2️⃣ Preordered T-shirts: If you ordered a Color Run T-shirt, it will be given to you when you check in. The Fieldhouse restrooms will be open if you need a place to change. If you didn’t buy a t-shirt, that’s ok! Any white or light colored shirt will work great to show the colors as you run by the Color Blasters!

3️⃣ The Run: We will begin the actual Color Run around 5:40 PM, so make sure you’re checked in and ready to go!

4️⃣ Food & Treats: 🍧 Kona Ice will be there with delicious treats available for purchase! We’ll also have light snacks and drinks available at our concession table. Cash is encouraged, but cards will be accepted.

5️⃣ THANK YOU! ❤️ A huge thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer and donated items! We truly appreciate your support and everything you do to help make our Color Run such a fun event for our Mitchell families!
