Rural Texas deserves a voice, and every vote matters! 🗳️
A big thank you to Tino Diaz for his dedication to bringing our rural communities together and creating opportunities for meaningful conversations about the upcoming election.
Tino has worked hard to organize a series of bilingual conversations, in both English and Spanish, focusing on the candidates, the issues, and why this election matters so much to rural Texans.
📚 Tonight's discussion focused on education and voting.
🩺 Tomorrow night's conversation will focus on healthcare and voting.
Special thanks to guest speakers, Dr. John Kuhn, a longtime public education advocate, Ramon Aranda Rodriguez, Big Bend Regional Director for The 134 PAC, and Otilia Buantello Enriquez with LULAC for sharing their knowledge and perspectives.
While the voter registration deadline has passed, it's not too late to educate ourselves, have conversations with our neighbors, and encourage everyone who is registered to make their voices heard at the ballot box.
Tino genuinely cares about his community and the people of rural Texas. This is grassroots organizing at its best—neighbors coming together, sharing information, and working to make sure rural voices are heard.
I hope you'll take a few minutes to listen, share this conversation, and help spread the word!
We Believe in Rural Texas. 💙
