We are Both disabled
he just got diagnosed with third stage lung cancer 3 months ago
and we’ve been staying here at his moms house 🏡
On and off for the last 15 years and we’ve been taking care of our feeding her buying her groceries taking me to the doctors appointment off the roof office I taken care of the leaky roof or the house flooded, etc.
and no, it was my sister. Lorrie is trying to evict us saying that we 
forced the her out
HOW
it happened
WAS when Lorrie texted us the day before said the moving truck will be the next day BETWEEN 8am -11Am ??
His mom had no idea and sat there the whole time they were moving their stuff out and the moving trucks ??
cause she has dementia
so the Will‘s not even legal ??
she had no idea about it so we didn’t force ???
We’re taking care of her for the last 15 years
she couldn’t walk
she would fall.
Lorrie was in Eagan
never came by
even the neighbors say that
Nobody would even know who Lorrie was??
anyhow
it’s just not right
trying to figure out ?? Ughh
Christopher going through this with everything in the treatments that’s probably have to stay here cause we only wanna stay here for a couple months but it’s convenient even the doctors wrote a letter and you have to stay here ??
anyhow we have nowhere to go ??
BUT with his treatment every 3 weeks and daily
so that’s why we need a lawyer ??ASAP
for Monday
TO go get it strong
and we can put like hundred or 200 bucks down right now ??
but again,
we’re on disability of limited income
