MHS GENESIS USERS: Important Login Update
Accessing your health records and managing your military healthcare is now simpler and more secure. The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal has officially transitioned to myAuth for all user logins.

What is myAuth?
myAuth is a new, multi-factor authentication (MFA) application supported by the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). It uses advanced security protocols to provide enhanced protection for your personal data while delivering a seamless, convenient single sign-on experience.

Here is what you need to know to manage your account:
🔹 How to Log In: For detailed instructions, visit https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/help/topics/logging_in_with_myauth.htm.
o Once your account is established, visit the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (https://my.mhsgenesis.health.mil) and sign in using your myAuth credentials.

📢 Important Update for MHS GENESIS Patient Portal Users

If you use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to manage healthcare for your spouse or family members, you need to take action to keep your shared permission access active. The portal now uses myAuth, a new, secure log-in.

Your DS Logon permissions will not transfer automatically. You must manually update your permissions. To keep managing your family's health records, log in at https://bit.ly/4jCNlSZ, select Manage Relationships, and update your permissions.
