๐ข Now is the time to share your ideas โ community input needed! The public is invited to attend the upcoming Open House series for the Minot Air Force Base & Missile Complex ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ.
โ๏ธ This is a collaborative effort between the City of Minot, Minot Area Chamber EDC, and Minot AFB that will evaluate the relationship between the installation and surrounding communities to support long-term mission compatibility and identify risks, vulnerabilities, and interdependencies affecting installation readiness and community infrastructure.
๐ Each open house will provide information on how the study supports the community, outline compatible development opportunities, and offer a chance for the public to share their thoughts and ideas.

โจ This May marks two years since Erin Parker joined SBPC ! In that time, Erin has been instrumental in connecting rural communities with the resources and funding they need to grow, supporting leaders and entrepreneurs, and helping build vibrant places to live and work.
๐ช He has also led and collaborated on projects such as the Regional Livestock Development and Planning initiative. As Project Lead, he helped guide activities in strategic planning and site analysis that now support investments in livestock production for North Dakota.

โจ Meet Braden Lindquist, SBPC's new Business Program Specialist! In his role, Braden will build and strengthen relationships with local businesses, lenders, and partners across the region to support our business development and lending programs.
๐ก Braden brings something special to his role: real entrepreneurial experience! He has launched several businesses, from landscaping to sheep ranching to real estate. His background gives him an understanding of how to take a leap, navigate setbacks, and find connections and resources that help businesses grow.
๐ Raised in Minot, Braden is passionate about the community he calls home, especially the supportive small business culture, recent downtown updates, and the close relationships that define rural North Dakota.
