Our rental homes at Minot Air Force Base are available in two, three and four-bedroom floor plans featuring master suites, garages, open floor plans and laundry rooms—everything you need for stress-free living. Minot AFB Homes residents also enjoy the very walkable, pet-friendly community's many amenities, including playgrounds and athletic fields, as well as easy access to all of the Minot AFB facilities.

Swing by the Leasing Office tomorrow from 1-5PM to snag your ghostly goodie bag. It is packed with treats that'll make your sweet tooth scream with delight.

🎃First come, first serve while supplies last! Once these spooky bags vanish, they are gone for good! So, float, creep, or crawl your way over before the candy ghosts disappear into the night!

Winter is creeping up on us like it does every year. Quietly. Then suddenly it's 20 degrees and our cars are questioning our choices.

Before the real cold rolls in, give your heater a quick test run if you have not already. Think of it like a preseason warm up.

If it rattles, smells weird for long periods (especially is you haven't turned it on yet this season), or flat out refuses to participate, that's your cue to submit a work order. Catching issues now means no surprises later and a much warmer home.

Early prevention = cozy homes + fewer cold mornings indoors.

✔️ Don’t leave pets tethered or unattended outside

🎃👻Halloween is almost here, and we're so excited to see all the costumes, candy buckets, and spooky fun around the neighborhood! The official times for Trick or Treating in base housing will be from 5:30PM-9PM. To help everyone have a safe and happy night, here are a few friendly reminders:

Porch Lights: Homes with lights on are welcoming trick or treaters. Lights off means they're not participating.

Stick to walkways: Please avoid walking in the road when possible! We want everyone to stay safe!

Pets need space: Not all animals love costumes, so give them some extra space when possible if you see them outside.

We can't wait to see your creativity and celebrate a fun, festive Halloween together. Have a safe, sweet, and spooky night out there!

When your garbage can decides to chase it's dreams and take flight, don't panic! Just tag it! Grab a Garbage Can ID at the Maintenance Office, slap your address on it, and boom! Everyone knows exactly which adventerous little bin belongs to you!
