Many Veterans have encountered multiple failures and rejections with great endeavor to improve their quality of life through programs dedicated for Veterans from the Federal, State, and Local level. As a result, the individual can easily developed destructive habits that are at-risk for failure, and have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives together. To accomplish this goal, veterans must be in a caring, inclusive learning environment that promotes their best effort and reinforces personal respect. In Helping Others is a program that is in direct response to the growing number of veterans that is either falling through the cracks or are already entangled with self-destructive attitudes. The goal of the program is to identify veterans who are having a turbulent transition to civilian life and offer a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail their lives. The focus is slightly different at each level but the goal remains the same;

“Empower the veteran to make positive changes in his/her life.”


We received our Articles of Incorporation in April 17, 2014, then in November 3, 2015 we received our tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Services (IRS).
