Vote TODAY until 7PM at any Hidalgo County early voting location. Early voting runs through Friday, Oct 30, and Election Day is Tuesday, Nov 3.

Last call on mail ballots: applications must be RECEIVED by tomorrow, Friday, Oct 23 postmark doesn't count. Hand deliver to Hidalgo County Elections, 2015 W Jackson Creek Ave in Edinburg, by 5PM Friday.

🚒🔥 A HUGE THANK YOU TO SOUTHERN ROOTS! 🔥🚒

The Mission Firefighters Association Local 3609 would like to give a special shoutout to Southern Roots, located on 495 in Mission, Texas, for treating our firefighters to some amazing food last week!

The food was absolutely delicious, and we cannot thank you enough for your generosity and kindness!

Our firefighters work hard every day to serve and protect our community, and it’s businesses like Southern Roots that remind us just how special the City of Mission truly is.

❤️ When our community supports our firefighters, it means more than words can express!

We encourage everyone to stop by Southern Roots, enjoy some great food, and support a local business that supports our first responders!
