Stuff and Sew your own Stegosaurus! As we "Unearth a Story" this summer through our Summer Reading Challenge, we have a whole slate of exciting programs happening, too. Join us for our first Middle Grade program, as we kick off a dino-riffic summer by sewing your own dinosaur keychain! Learn a simple stitch to create a cute plush keychain. This program -- for students in grades 4-8 -- will take place on Tuesday, June 2, at 2 pm.

Celebrate Juneteenth by exploring the history and cultural significance of “Freedom Gardens” and discover how gardening became a symbol of resilience, self-sufficiency, and community in African American history. Participants will also plant a small container garden to take home!
