Our goal is to raise funds for a new building to better serve the children of San Juan County, Utah. There are prizes, a raffle, and lunch is provided! ✏️ Offer a choice: Say, "We cannot buy that toy today. Do you want to pick out a healthy snack?"
✏️ Focus on what they can do: Say, "We must leave the toy on the shelf. You can hold the shopping list for me instead."
✏️ Acknowledge the wish: Say, "That looks like a fun game. We are not buying games today, but we can take a picture of it to put on your wish list."
