The Water Office is OPEN at the Drive-thru window and payment dropbox only and will reopen to walk-in traffic on Wednesday (10/7).

Due to ongoing flooring construction in the lobby area, City Hall is closed to the public until Wednesday (10/7). The building will open on Monday (10/5) at 5pm for the City Council meeting at 6pm.

EMERGENCY WATER SERVICE OUTAGE AND BOIL ADVISORY

(Moberly, MO – 9/23/26) A temporary disruption in water service occurred on Fowler Rd. Water service was restored after repairs were complete. The outage affects the following area:

West & East Fowler Road (Between Robertson Rd and N Morley St.)
Outage may affect surrounding areas

If customers experienced low water pressure, or had no water, in their area, there will be a 48-hour Boil Advisory once water service is restored. Boil advisories are due to the time required for testing to confirm water quality in the system. During an advisory, water used for consumption should be boiled for 3 minutes and cooled before drinking.

Customers with questions should call the water office at 660-269-8705.

The Water Office will be closed CLOSED on Tuesday & Wednesday (9/22-23) due to flooring replacement.
We will have access to Phone ONLY on Thursday & Friday (9/24-25). The payment dropbox is open, but the drive-thru window is closed during this time.

Over the next two weeks crews will replace flooring in City Hall that has reached end-of-life. This will necessitate periodic closure of specific offices throughout the next two weeks.

The Water Office will be closed Tuesday & Wednesday (9/22-23) and will available by phone only on Thursday & Friday (9/24-25). During this time, the payment dropbox will be available, but the drive-thru window will be closed.

The City Clerk’s office will be closed Tuesday through the following Tuesday (9/22-29). Clerk services will be available via email at [email protected] or by phone at 660-269-7652.

The City Manager, Code Enforcement, Public Works, Public Utility, and the Personnel offices will have a brief closure period between Thursday & Friday (10/1-2).

We appreciate your patience during this process! Visitors are encouraged to call ahead to confirm office availability during construction.

500 block of N Morley St. & 420 N Morley St.
300 Block of Taylor & 215 Taylor St.
429 Porter St.
(Outage may affect surrounding areas)
