South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program For your privacy and protection, please do not comment or post seeking services. We offer phone, emai Conferences with a lawyer are by appointment only.

Volunteer attorneys donate their time to provide legal services in certain civil (not criminal) matters to residents of Mobile, Baldwin, Washington, and Clarke Counties. This program is designed to help persons who cannot afford to hire a lawyer. To qualify, you must have income below a certain level and not own too much property. If you think you might qualify, please call to see if you meet these and certain other requirements. Although the attorney time is free, you will be responsible for any out-of-pocket costs such as filing fees.
