Tomorrow is parenting day and our Glow party for those with 95% attendance or better. As a reminder, please be sure students are in uniform, but they are allowed to bring their glow accessories for the party

We are excited to welcome you to Parenting Day at Meadowlake Elementary! We look forward to spending this special day with our families as we celebrate our students and the important role you play in their success. Please review the schedule below so you can plan your visit.

Parenting Day Schedule

10:30 AM – Parent Meeting: Join us in the gym for a brief parent meeting.

11:00 AM – Parade of Honors: We will celebrate our students who have earned Honor Roll recognition. We can't wait to recognize their hard work and accomplishments!

11:15 AM – Picnic with Your Pumpkin: Enjoy lunch and quality time with your child during our special picnic.

Book Fair Visits: We will call students by grade level to visit the Book Fair throughout the event. Please listen for announcements and follow directions as your child's grade is called.

If you would like to purchase a school sack lunch, please remember that lunches must be pre-ordered. Families are also welcome to bring their own lunch to enjoy with their child.

This week in 2nd grade, learners in Ms. Dennis’s class were discussing open and closed syllables as well as “magic” e.

We are incredibly thankful for our ARI reading coach, Ms. Schreiner. She ensures our teachers are prepared with the best practices and skills for our students.

Peek into the Pirate’s Cove: Explore Phillips Preparatory School, experience all the amazing things we have to offer, and see what it means to be a future Pirate! Tomorrow, Thursday, October 15th an exciting evening has been planned, including hands-on activities for students to rotate through, a parent question-and-answer session, a pep rally, guided tours by our Ambassadors, and lots of fun!
