❄️🐺 Bundle Up in Timberwolf Style: Cold Weather Gear is Here! 🐺❄️
The temperatures are dropping, but our school spirit is only heating up! It is time to make sure your student is cozy, comfortable, and completely in uniform for those chilly mornings at Taylor-White Elementary School.
Our official cold weather apparel store is officially open again! We have partnered up to bring you the best selection of heavyweight winter essentials. Don't let your scholar get caught in the cold without their official pack gear.

Hurry and grab yours before the order window closes so we can process the batch and get them distributed to classrooms as soon as possible!

Rockin' and rollin' through 50 days of school! 🎸🕺
Our amazing kindergarteners stepped back in time yesterday to celebrate being 50 days smarter with a totally groovy 1950s Sock Hop!
The hallway was transformed into a classic 50s diner complete with vinyl records, checkered tablecloths, and retro decorations. Our little cool cats dressed the part in fabulous poodle skirts, rolled-up jeans, leather jackets, and slicked-back hair! We spent the day dancing the Hand-Jive and The Twist, playing games, and counting all the way to 50. To top off the celebration, everyone enjoyed delicious, sweet root b**r floats! 🍦🥤
We are so proud of how much our Kindergarten Timberwolves have grown over the last 50 days. Here’s to many more days of learning, howling, and rocking our way through the school year! 🐾✨

Hey, Timberwolves! 🐾 Get ready for Red Ribbon Week, October 26–30! 🎉❤️ We'll celebrate making healthy choices, being drug-free, and taking care of ourselves!

🎩 Monday: Crazy Hat Day
🏈 Tuesday: Team Day — Wear your favorite team shirt or jersey!
🎨 Wednesday: Crazy Hair Day
🤠 Thursday: Western Day — Show off your western attire and accessories!
❤️ Friday: Wear Red Day — Wear red to show that you're proud to be DRUG-FREE! Also, if students choose MJ outfit, that is COMPLETELY their choice or incorporate both!

Remember, Timberwolves: Be kind, make healthy choices, and know that it's OK to say NO! 💪❤️ Every choice we make helps us grow into our BEST selves!

🎵🕺 GET READY TO MOONWALK INTO LEARNING! 🕺🎵

Calling all Taylor-White families! It's time to dust off your single white glove and find your favorite red jacket, because Michael Jackson Day is coming to Taylor-White Elementary on Friday, October 30th!
Students are invited to wear their best Michael Jackson outfit to school as we celebrate a THRILLING day of learning. Whether they are channeling their inner Bad, rocking the Thriller look, or just wearing a classic fedora, we want to see their star style! 🌟
Please remember that all outfits must still be school-appropriate and safe for a regular day of classroom activities.
We can't wait to see our students heal the world with their creativity. Don't stop 'til you get enough... of learning! 🎶✨

🍁🍂 FALL IN LOVE WITH AUTUMN AT TAYLOR-WHITE! 🌾🎃

Get ready to celebrate the season! Our annual Taylor-White Fall Festival is happening on Friday, November 13th, and it is going to be packed with autumn fun! Join us for a crisp fall day full of games, concessions, inflatables, music, and so much more!
Here is the festival schedule for our students:
• 3rd through 5th Grade: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Pre-K through 2nd Grade: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
⚠️ Important Note: To ensure safety and space for our students, no school-age siblings are allowed to attend.

🎒 CHECK THOSE BOOKBAGS TONIGHT! 🎒
Flyers and order forms are harvesting their way home in your student's backpack today! Be on the lookout so you don't miss out.
🎟️ Festival Entry & Food Packages: Packages are officially on sale now! To purchase yours, simply fill out the order form and send the money in to your child's homeroom teacher.

🍁 DONATIONS NEEDED FOR OUR CAKE WALK & TREATS! 🧁🥤
We need our wonderful Taylor-White community's help to stock up on festival goodies. We are currently collecting:
• Bags of Candy 🍬 from Pre-K and Kindergarten
• Little Debbie Cakes 🧁 from First and Second Grades
• 2-Liter Sodas 🥤 from Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grades
Please send any donations in with your student to their homeroom teacher. Thank you so much for your support in making this festival a magical fall memory for our kids! 🍂🎃

👻 Get ready for a spooktacular night, Taylor-White Elementary families! 👻

Mark your calendars because our annual Ghostly Gala Dance is just around the corner! Bring your boos and ghouls out for a night of dancing, treats, and eerie-sistible fun.

🗓️ Date: Friday, October 30th
🕒 Time: 5:30 - 7:30
📍 Location: School Gymnasium

Here is what you can look forward to:
🎶 Live DJ: Spinning your favorite monster jams and dance beats all night long!
🍿 Concessions: Delicious snacks, sweet treats, and drinks available for purchase.
🧙‍♀️ Costumes Galore: We can't wait to see your best creative, spooky, or silly costumes!
(Please remember: school-friendly costumes only, no fake weapons).

Admission is $5 per person. All students must be accompanied by an adult.

🍫📊 Making Math Absolutely "M-m-m-delicious!" 📊🍫
Ms. Hall’s kindergarten class at Taylor-White Elementary School had the most flavorful lesson yesterday while learning all about the letter Mm! 🐺💙💛
Our little Timberwolves turned into master mathematicians by using colorful M&M candies for a hands-on math activity. They practiced critical early skills by sorting their candies by color, counting them up, and graphing the results!
Learning how letters and math connect has never been so sweet. Way to bring your "A" Game, Ms. Hall’s class! 🌟👏

🔍 Mystery Solved: The October Menu Case! 🔍

It looks like our October Breakfast and Lunch Menu decided to go on a little unannounced recess and vanished from our feed! 🤔 Deciding that a vanishing act isn't the best way to keep our school community running smoothly, we tracked it down and are posting it again!
Don't let your healthy morning or afternoon "game plan" disappear. Make sure to download, screenshot, or print a copy so your student stays fueled up and ready to learn all month long.
