Take the Leap for Literacy!

This Saturday, October 24, our Development & Communications Director, Johnny Padilla, represents CHS as he "takes the leap" at LearningQuest - Stanislaus Literacy Centers 3rd Annual Over The Edge fundraiser, supporting both literacy and our CHS programs!

Every donation helps LearningQuest provide programs that build confidence, strengthen families, and open doors to new opportunities. Plus, a portion of the funds raised comes directly back to support our own CHS programs and services!

Donate and spread the word to help us reach our goal and make an impact:

A heartfelt thank you to Dot Foods for their generous $6,000 donation in support of our Adopt-a-Family project and our Family Resource Centers’ Thanksgiving dinners!

Our Fund-A-Need campaign is underway, and we’re making progress toward our $10,000 goal! So far, we’ve raised $2,832 to support the Youth Navigation Center (YNC) and the programs and services that help young people in our community find safety, stability and support.

The YNC serves youth and young adults ages 13–24 who are experiencing a crisis, housing instability or homelessness. Through services like emergency shelter, meals and connections to resources, young people can get the support they need to take their next steps toward a brighter future.

Thanks to the generosity of the Mary Stuart Rogers Foundation, every dollar donated will be matched up to $10,000, doubling the impact of your gift and helping us reach even more young people.

We’re grateful for everyone who has contributed so far! Help us reach our goal and make an even greater difference for local youth.
