On this day 25 years ago, September 11, 2001 the Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad was called to aid at the World Trade Center following a tremendous tragedy. Squad members Bernadette Olson, Kris Olson, Cindy DiMonda, and Harry Krotowski responded to the scene to assist with recovery efforts. Today we stand not only in sorrow at the losses but also in remembrance of the brave first responders that gave up their lives so that others would have a chance. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Yesterday, the Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad held our monthly training at South Brunswick High School, focusing on recognizing and responding to football-related injuries. With the season officially underway and games starting up. We’re making sure our crews are ready to respond when it matters most. Special thanks to all the 3 athletic trainers for working with us and the players for volunteering as patients! Stay safe and have a great season! 🏈

At approximately 14:30 hours on Sunday, August 30th, the Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad was dispatched alongside our fire department MJVFD to Reliable Wood Products on Broadway road for a large pile of wood and debris on fire. This fire would go on for nearly 24 hours and use an enormous amount of resources. The squad stood by and provided rehab services for all personnel on scene. The MJFAS is proud to stand by our brothers and sisters of the three South Brunswick fire departments.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent at National Night Out! 🚑💙

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to the South Brunswick Police Department for organizing such a wonderful community event and to all of the businesses and vendors who helped make the evening a success.

It was a pleasure meeting so many members of our community, handing out goodies, answering questions about EMS, and giving tours of our ambulance. We always enjoy the opportunity to connect with our community and share what we do.

Thank you to everyone who came out, we’re already looking forward to next year!
