🚒 B-Shift Training Spotlight: Vehicle Extrication

B-Shift had a busy week focusing on vehicle extrication training!

Thanks to a local business that graciously hosted our crews, firefighters had the opportunity to practice vehicle stabilization and extrication techniques on common passenger vehicles.

Hands-on training like this allows our crews to sharpen their skills, strengthen teamwork, and prepare for real-world emergencies.

A special thank you to our community partner for helping make this valuable training possible!

Monroe Fire joins the fire service community in mourning for the firefighter line of duty death with Durham Fire Department this morning. Our thoughts and prayers are for the firefighter's family, friends, and fellow firefighters to find comfort and peace during this difficult time. There were also two other firefighters injured in this fire we pray for their recovery.
