When "Justin" was stranded, out of gas, and ready to give up on treatment, he felt like he had hit a dead end. 🛑

Luckily, he came to our Resource Center for help, and was able to connect with Mike. Later that day, during outreach, Mike connected Justin with Jesse— a new Peer Support Specialist at Ideal Option, who was on his first outreach shift with Mike!

Using his own lived experience, Jesse spent just 15 minutes on the phone with Justin. He helped him solve his insurance hurdles, found a local facility for an assessment the next morning, and got him set up to start his IOP program immediately. 🚀

As if that wasn't amazing enough, the team also helped another participant get signed up for care that exact same day.

Proof that sometimes, all someone needs is the right person in their corner. 💙

What an incredible start to a powerful new collaboration! We are grateful to have partners like Jesse who work with us through our Outreach program, Resource Center, Community Dinners, and more!

*Partner Highlight!*

We wanted to shout out a huge THANK YOU to Speedway Chevrolet in Monroe for their awesome commitment to our community! They have supported the work we do in so many ways, from signing up yearly to serve our Community Dinners, to supporting our Resource Center & Growing Together programs.

Thank you so much for being such a great Community Partner!!

Our Growing Together young moms program kicked off the new year with some awesome art projects and round(ish) table discussions about what are some goals and ideas for this year. We had a great time catching up from summer, and checking in!

We're looking forward to a new year of growth, ideas, and strengthening relationships. If you are interested in supporting our program, have resources you would like to share, or know of a young mom (under age 21!) that would like to join, please reach out to Tiffany: [email protected]

We are currently in need of hygiene items such as shampoo (especially Shampoo!!), body wash, toothpaste and deodorant.

If it’s easier, feel free to use the link provided to purchase and donate these items that will be shipped directly to Take the Next Step. These everyday essentials go directly to families and individuals we work with throughout our community.

While they may seem like small items, they can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life—especially when they are already facing difficult circumstances.

Thank you so much for the support you continue to show to the people in our community who need it most. We truly appreciate you!

We have some incredible Community Partners, did you know?! Sam's Cats and Dogs Naturally - Monroe has been a long-time supporter of TTNS, in so many ways!

Recently, one of our Community Dinner volunteers who has been helping supply pet food & supplies to our Dinners lost a donor, and asked if she could reach out to some businesses on our behalf. Kerri has a huge heart for our neighbors in need, and knows the importance of supporting our beloved furry family members. She brought a letter from us to Sam's and Jess, the manager there, immediately said "YES!!"

Jess & everyone at Sam's Cats and Dogs have been incredible partners and we are so very thankful for their support and care for our community over the years - especially our most vulnerable neighbors in need!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We have had another great month of Dinners! We are so very thankful for the incredible teams that come together each week to provide meals for our community.

This last month we've had some of our favorite "Tried & True" Teams - these folks know what they're doing! Thank you so much to The Church of Latter Day Saints' Monroe & Maltby Wards, Rotary Club of Monroe Washington, & Monroe Covenant Church who have ALL given Yearly Commitments to serving Dinners!

The new school year is off & running! 🎒✨

We had an amazing time at the MSD School Resource Fair a few weeks ago, connecting with local families and sharing much-needed back-to-school essentials. Thanks to our incredible community support, we were able to distribute school supplies, warm jackets, and shoes to help students step into the year with confidence! 👟🧥📚

A huge, heartfelt thank you to our wonderful volunteers— Jenoveva Ordaz, Dorian Rodriguez and her kids, and Patricia Molina! Huge thanks also to Tiffany Martin, Subaru, & so many others who donated so many amazing supplies to give out! We couldn't have prepped and handed out all of those supplies without your dedication and hard work. You truly make a difference! ❤️

HELP A CHILD GET IN THE GAME! ⚽🏀🏐

Sports season is here, and we have local kids hoping for a Sports Scholarship! Without community support, some of these kids may not get the chance to participate.

Your donation can help a child build confidence, make friends, learn teamwork, and be part of a team.

Every dollar makes a difference. Help us get these kids in the game! 🙌

Please follow the link below to make a donation through our website. Every contribution helps give a child the opportunity to play! https://www.ttns.org/donate
