The holiday season is approaching fast, and the Monroeville Police Benevolent Fund needs the community's help to make it a magical one for some local kids! Each year, the Fund collects donations to support families in need. But new for 2026, the goal is expanded to provide a Santa's Workshop for students at a Monroeville elementary school!

If you are able to donate cash to support our goals, please do so by November 28th. As always, the Department is also collecting food for local food banks and toys for the annual Stuff-a-Store event!

Always a good time having an opportunity to speak to the youth in our community!!

We had two special guests come by our field yesterday to talk with our children! We would like to thank Officer Kimbrough and Officer Dick of the Monroeville Police Department for their words of wisdom to our children. Their connectivity and support to our organization is greatly appreciated! Community is everything and we are thankful for what they do for ours!

Community Day 2026 is canceled.

Unfortunately, the difficult decision was made to cancel Community Day 2026, scheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 26. Due to the excessive rain our region has experienced over the past several weeks and the current condition of the grounds at Community Park West, the park cannot effectively accommodate the number of activities and attendees expected. Additional updates will be made as needed on social media and the municipal website.
