Feliciano faculty research featured in Inc.!

Angela Grotto, associate professor in the Management Department at the Feliciano School of Business, recently had research co-authored with Jeanine Andreassi of Sacred Heart University featured in Inc. The study, published in Administrative Sciences, examines how workplace flexibility and employees’ ability to shape their own schedules can influence whether mothers remain employed full-time after giving birth or adopting.
