Library Manager Kim recommends The Road to Tender Hearts by Annie Hartnett for Staff Pick Saturday. She gives it 5/5 stars and say "Quirky family roadtrip! Grumpy former lottery winner, who has burned through his cash, suddenly finds himself in charge of his grandchildren right at the time he was planning to drive across country to win over his childhood sweetheart after seeing her husband's obit. Chaos ensues."

This Weeks Staff Pick Saturday is The Magic Fish by Trung Le Nguyen and is recommended by Reference Librarian Priscilla. She gives it 5/5 stars and says "Something the author did very well with was weaving the fairytale stories and the main characters stories together. This was a good representation of weaving fairytales and reality together for the characters to come to understanding their lives. The author does change some of the story’s endings, but it also shows that fairytales are also left up to the reader to interpret how they want to."
