🚔 EXCITING NEWS FOR THE CITY OF MONTEVALLO! 🚔

The City of Montevallo is thrilled to announce that we have received $128,000 in federal funding, secured with the support of U.S. Senator Katie Britt through the Fiscal Year 2026 Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act.

This significant investment in public safety will enable the Montevallo Police Department to purchase and fully equip two new patrol vehicles with essential law enforcement gear. These new vehicles will ensure that our officers have reliable, modern, and well-equipped resources to serve our community safely and effectively.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Senator Katie Britt for her support of the City of Montevallo and our law enforcement officers, as well as for her efforts to secure this important federal funding for our community.

The addition of these two new patrol vehicles represents a vital investment in the safety of our officers and the citizens we proudly serve. This will strengthen the Montevallo Police Department’s capability to continue providing professional and effective law enforcement services throughout our community.
