🎃🍂 Fall Fun at the Oil Ranch! 🐮🚜

Our Lincoln Kindergarten Bears had an unforgettable adventure at the Oil Ranch today! From hayrides and pumpkin patches to farm animals, fall treats, and fun attractions, our little Bears made memories that will last a lifetime! 🧡

But the fun didn’t stop there! This field trip brought learning to life as students explored agriculture, interacted with farm animals, and experienced the great outdoors as their classroom! 🌾🐴

There’s nothing quite like seeing learning come to life through hands-on experiences, exploration, and a whole lot of FUN!

We love watching our Bears learn, explore, and make memories together!

👟💡 What’s the science behind light-up shoes?

Our Bears in Mrs. Landers’s class put their scientific thinking to work as they explored how energy changes and transforms to make light-up shoes shine!

Working with partners, students discussed their ideas, examined evidence, and used the Claim, Evidence, Reasoning (CER) process to explain their thinking in writing.

We love seeing our students collaborating, thinking critically, and learning how to support their ideas with evidence! That’s what meaningful learning looks like at Lincoln! 💜💛

A lifelong learner, dedicated educator, and incredibly hard worker, Mrs. White pours her heart into building relationships and making sure every child feels valued, supported, and capable of success.

Mrs. White, thank you for your unwavering dedication, your heart for kids, and the countless ways you make Lincoln a better place. We are so fortunate to have you on our team!

We are having a BALL at Lincoln learning from our Dynamo/Dash Kickstart kit. Mrs. Barfield received a grant that gave us tons of hands-on learning material. Some of our 5th graders learned about mean and median by juggling a balloon, a beach ball, and a soccer ball. Thanks to the Dynamo/Dash organization and Conoco-Phillips for helping us bring learning to life!

🧡 Bears, let’s unite for kindness!

Wear ORANGE on Wednesday, October 21, for Unity Day to show our support for kindness and help prevent bullying.

At Lincoln, every Bear belongs! Let’s include others, speak kindly, and reach out to a trusted adult when someone needs help. 🧡
