With severe weather approaching, a little preparation now can make a big difference later!

ATN’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team has put together a helpful hurricane preparedness checklist to help you and your family get ready. These simple reminders can help you prepare for the unexpected.

Take a few minutes to review the checklist, make sure you have the essentials, and stay informed through trusted weather sources.

From all of us at ATN, stay safe and look out for one another!

We're kicking off a new Alabama Manufacturing Now series designed to help connect the dots.

We'll speak with Alabama's community colleges, take you inside each of ATN's five teams, and explore the programs and partnerships working together to strengthen Alabama's workforce.

Who does what? How does it all connect? And which resources are right for you?

That's what we're setting out to answer.

▶️ Watch the series introduction and follow along as we explore workforce development across Alabama.

Developing strong leaders starts with giving them the right tools to succeed.

ATN recently partnered with Collins Aerospace to support Lift-Off 2026, a customized leadership development program designed to prepare emerging leaders and address specific areas of opportunity within the company.

Led by ATN trainer Brian Collyer, participants completed 20 hours of Leadership & Management Development training over several months. The program began with a DiSC personality profile assessment and continued with a “learn and apply” approach covering topics such as effective communication, emotional intelligence, situational leadership, supervisory coaching, strategic management, and more.

Congratulations to the Lift-Off 2026 participants on completing the program!
