Greg Abbott’s record as Governor:

• He campaigns against Sharia. An estimated $15.15 million to Islamic groups since 2015. A dual society, and Sharia tribunals, in Texas.

• He campaigns on property taxes. Property-tax collections rose 75 percent while the ownership rate rose 1.7 points. Existing owners carried the increase — an average of about 30% increased tax burden on the same home.

• He campaigns on protecting children.
Texas is ranked second, behind only California, in child trafficking cases. Two Texas cities top the list as trafficking capitols in the US.
Schools indoctrinated children and allowed them to be transitioned for years. Ask Jeff Younger how Greg Abbott betrayed his son, James.

• He campaigns on law and order. Judges who shirk their duty for racial and political agendas have not been removed or prosecuted. Predators with a pattern of violence are released onto the People.

• He campaigns on private property. Eminent domain takes Texas land for the State, for lines, and for data centers.

• He campaigns on security. Flock cameras and data centers proliferate, unowned by the People who pay for them.

If not for the R next to his name, you would call this a Democrat record.

That is the point of the two labels. The agenda gets through when it can be sold to “Conservatives” as “Republican.”

Your vote is what they sell it with.

OPEN APPEAL TO ALL TRUE TEXANS

We share your fear of Texas turning blue. We share the passion to stop it.

Where we part with some is this: that government is already here.

The governor does not need another campaign. There is a record — his. Twelve years.

Beyond that, his party has been in that seat for more than 30 years.

WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED
January 27, 1999, Governor George W. Bush: “I will propose a $2 billion property tax cut.”

March 10, 2004, Governor Rick Perry: “It is time to provide real property tax relief with real reforms that control both appraisals and rates.”

April 13, 2004, Perry says his plan, “will immediately cut property taxes” by 17 percent, “and eventually in half.” He had already been governor 3 years.

January 14, 2010, Perry: “We cut property taxes by one-third.”

The bill rose. Appraisals overran the rate cut. Texans paid more.

February 2014, candidate Greg Abbott: “The Abbott administration will not have any tax increases, period.”

June 21, 2014, Abbott accepting the nomination: “And your property taxes must be reduced so that you can actually own your own home.”

January 2022, Abbott after 7 years in office: “The fact is, not enough Texans actually see the property tax relief we have delivered. It’s time to change that.”

He claimed the relief. The typical Texas homeowner’s bill rose every measured year.

Abbott, 2026 campaign: “Texas homeowners want the abolishment of their school district property taxes. The time has passed to make that a reality. If you own a home in Texas, you should be able to afford to live in that home.”

THE RECORD
*Ever-rising property taxes.

*State money to Islamic groups.

*Transgender and homosexual ideology foisted on schoolchildren.

*Texas workers replaced through H-1B.

*Data centers: Texas 240 operating and 1,396 in the pipeline as of October 5, 2026; China 449 counted as of October 2025.

*Private land taken by eminent domain.

*Resources pillaged, and our precious land sold to CCP.

You may say the Democrat would be worse. You may even be right.

Our answer is duty. Duty is to the Constitution, not to “not the worst.” Lose that sense of duty, and this is the government we get.

We want to be clear: no finger-pointing.
We all did this. We are all guilty.

We - Constitution Party Texas - have decided we will not do this any longer.

What is happening to Texas jobs?

We compiled available federal data to examine H-1B visa issuance to Indian nationals alongside estimated technology-sector layoffs in Texas from 2022–2025.

The numbers shown are estimates, because Texas does not publish a single dataset identifying the number of Indian H-1B visa recipients entering or working in the state.

Nationally, approximately 670,693 H-1B visas were issued to Indian nationals during 2022–2025.
Based on H-1B activity in Texas’s largest metropolitan areas, we estimate that approximately 50,000 of those visas were associated with Texas during the four-year period.

We likewise estimate Texas’s technology-sector layoffs by applying an 8% share of reported national technology layoffs. Texas represents roughly 10% of U.S. technology employment, but we used the lower 8% figure to account for differences in the volatility of the Texas technology labor market. The resulting estimate is approximately 56,200 Texas technology-sector layoffs from 2022–2025.

These figures do not establish that H-1B recipients directly replaced workers who were laid off. They do, however, illustrate the scale of two significant trends occurring simultaneously: substantial technology-sector job losses and continued H-1B visa issuance.

That raises an important policy question for Texas: Are our state and federal policies doing enough to ensure that the Texas workforce has priority towards Texans when qualified workers are available here?

That is the debate Texans deserve to have. The evidence clearly shows that a vote for the incumbent or the Democrat will not only continue this pattern, but it will likely expand.
