 Just an update on the well. We are still actively working on pump number two but pump number one seems to be holding pressure. We’ve had a number of complaints about low pressure. If you’re still experiencing low pressure at the moment, please check your filters or the screens in your faucets. We will continue to keep you updated.

Well we have another leak at the well that started yesterday. Jason unfortunately will have to turn the community water off again today Wednesday, starting in about 30 minutes (1 pm). Shouldn’t take long for the repair so hopefully the water won’t be off long. Sorry for this inconvenience. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 this is the last time this week.

Good evening. We have had complaints a few times of a 4-wheeler being ridden around the pool area in the afternoon/evenings.

We needed to remind all residents & please address this with your kids No motorized vehicles are allowed inside the fence area. This is not a new rule but with new kids or kids getting older, etc. we think it needs to be addressed again.

Also the speeding on the roads with the 4-wheelers this past week has been a lot. Parents please remind your kids of driving safely and be aware of speeding.

There is a water leak at our well and the water will be turned off in about a hour for repairs. As long as repairs go smoothly it shouldn’t be off long.

Good morning. Yesterday most owners received their water bill for the month and several were wrong. Please note your board members are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and they are currently working on them. Unfortunately some issues have had to be addressed and the board is currently changing over the treasurer & secretary positions and reviewing all records & accounts. Also please note the number on the water bill is incorrect & all calls are directed to Jason Harrison at this time.

Good morning everyone and happy Friday. Just wanted to let you know another part to the pool pump cracked yesterday and has to be replaced before opening. Good news they are headed to pick up the part & hopefully will have the pool back open by this afternoon/evening. Sorry for the inconvenience especially on a holiday weekend but we are working on it.

Update on the leak on Julie:
Leak is fixed and everything is working as normal now however we sustained some damage to the roadway by the water running underneath it. It is currently marked with a pipe and caution tape, but please be aware. There is a hole in the middle of the street in the asphalt. Please be careful when passing by it until the county can get out here to fix it.
