Operation Homefront’s Holiday Meals for Military® program recognizes the sacrifices military families make and helps families enjoy a special holiday meal together! 🦃🍽️

These notifications are legitimate and important. Promptly responding helps ensure accountability and allows assistance to reach those who need it faster.

🎄🎁 ALNG SOLDIER & FAMILY READINESS OPERATION TOY SOLDIER 🎁🎄

The holiday season is quickly approaching, and we are excited to once again support our military families through Operation Toy Soldier! ❤️💚

In partnership with the Hoover Fire Department and the Alabama VFW, this program provides Christmas toys for children ages 0–12 in eligible Alabama National Guard families, Airmen, Wounded Warriors, and Gold Star families who may need a little extra assistance during the holiday season. 🎅🎄

🎁 How it works:
Families register online, the Hoover Fire Department collects the donated toys, and the Alabama National Guard Soldier & Family Readiness Program distributes the toys to participating families.

🇺🇸🥕 HERO’S HARVEST: STRENGTHENING THE FORCE, ONE MEAL AT A TIME! 💚

Are you an eligible active-duty military family in Central Alabama looking for additional food support? ❤️

The Heart of Alabama Food Bank’s Hero’s Harvest Program provides confidential home food deliveries to eligible active-duty military families, delivered with dignity and respect.

🍎 What Families Receive:
🥦 Fresh produce
🥩 Frozen proteins and meat items
🥫 Pantry staples

📦 How It Works:
1️⃣ Enroll: Complete a simple intake process with the Hero’s Harvest Team.
2️⃣ Coordinate: Staff verify eligibility and service area.
3️⃣ Receive: Eligible families receive home food deliveries twice monthly for up to 3 months, followed by a 3 month transition period with one delivery per month.

📍 Service Area: Autauga, Bullock, Butler, Chilton, Coosa, Crenshaw, Elmore, Lowndes, Montgomery, and Pike counties.

UAB is honoring those who serve by inviting active-duty, reserve, and veteran military members, their families, local first responders, and their families to claim complimentary tickets to the game through the Blazers Care program! 💚
