Pumpkin spice season called. And we answered with an espresso martini.

This fall favorite combines vodka, Saxtons Distillery Perc Coffee Liqueur, pumpkin, espresso and a touch of pumpkin pie spice for a cocktail that’s part PSL, part espresso martini and entirely ready for sweater weather. Because pumpkin spice really can go in everything.

- 2 oz. vodka
- ½ oz. Saxtons Distillery Perc Coffee Liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin purée
- 1 oz. espresso or cold brew concentrate
- 1 oz. half-and-half or non-dairy milk
- ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Maple syrup + sugar for the rim

Coat the rim of a coupe glass with maple syrup, then dip into a mixture of sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Shake the cocktail ingredients vigorously with ice and double-strain into your prepared glass. Finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and star anise if you’re feeling fancy.

▪ Saxtons Distillery Perc Coffee Liqueur - 750ml - 30% abv

📍Bristol Beverage & Redemption, Bristol, Vermont

Nestled in the heart of the village of Bristol, Adam and his crew at Bristol Beverage 802Spirits Vermont Liquor Store work hard to keep the shop stocked full of an incredible selection of bottles, brews, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Pay them a visit and you’re likely to find Tim behind the counter. Tim loves his job, knows all the regulars, and is happy to help you find the perfect bottle. We asked for one of his personal favorites for when he’s off the clock and without hesitation: Makers Mark, “it’s just nice and smooth!”
