LeeComm is incredibly humbled and honored to have been asked to participate in the 9/11 remembrance ceremony at the Fort Madison Fire Department this morning. It is a privilege to stand alongside those who continue to serve and to remember the courage, sacrifice, and lives forever changed on September 11, 2001.

Moments like these remind us of the responsibility we carry in public safety to remember, honor, and never forget. 🇺🇸

We have received several calls regarding the tornado siren sounding in Donnellson.

At this time, there is no known weather threat or emergency prompting the siren. We are aware of the issue and are currently looking into what appears to be a possible technology/system issue.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we work to determine what is causing the siren to activate.

If an actual emergency or severe weather threat exists, LeeComm will provide appropriate emergency notifications through our normal channels.

Every number on these graphics represents someone in our community who needed help.. whether it was a 911 emergency, a non-emergency call, assistance for law enforcement, fire, or EMS. Our telecommunicators are proud to be the calm voice on the other end of the line, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

📈 Year-to-date, LeeComm has handled an incredible 23,745 calls for service.
