For PT, in light of our Annual Pool Function this weekend, RSS Moreno Valley had a sports day! We started with a light run and some burpees as a warm up, and moved into 2 games of Ultimate Football and Ultimate Frisbee!

This audit consisted of an Initial Strength Assessment (ISA), a Moment of Truth (MOT) Brief, and an interview conducted by the MEPS Liaisons to ensure each office has a strong and healthy DEP Pool!
