🐴💚 Celebrating an Incredible 45 Years of 4-H Service! 💚🐴
Last night at our annual Morgan County 4-H Achievement Night, we had the privilege of celebrating a truly remarkable milestone — 45 years of service by 4-H leader Jessie Franich!
For 45 years, Jessie has been the heart of The Wet Blankets 4-H Horse Club, sharing her love of horses, knowledge, patience, and passion for teaching with generations of 4-H members. Through the years, she has helped countless youth develop confidence, responsibility, horsemanship skills, and a lifelong love of horses.
Perhaps one of the greatest testaments to Jessie’s impact is seeing former members return as adults to help lead the very club where Jessie once taught and mentored them. That is what 4-H is all about — creating a legacy that continues from one generation to the next. 🍀
The evening was made even more special as Utah 4-H State Director Dave Francis joined us to help present Jessie with her 45-year service recognition.
Jessie’s son, Torrey, also shared heartfelt remarks about his mom and her years of dedication. Cory Sanders, whose four children have all been members of Jessie’s club, shared a touching thank-you for the role Jessie has played in helping shape his children into the people they are today.
Forty-five years represents thousands of hours spent teaching, encouraging, mentoring, preparing, traveling, cheering from the sidelines, and believing in young people. The true impact of those years cannot be measured simply by a number — it can be seen in the lives Jessie has touched.
And she’s not finished yet! Jessie is already preparing for year 46! ❤️🐴
Jessie, thank you for the countless hours, love, energy, and heart you have given to the Morgan County 4-H Horse Program. Your dedication to our youth and to 4-H is an incredible example of what it means to Make the Best Better.
Please join us in congratulating Jessie Franich on 45 amazing years of 4-H leadership and service! 🍀👏
