Getting Ready for IAAPA!

We're excited to be exhibiting at IAAPA Expo this November, and there's been a lot of work going on behind the scenes to get ready.

Some of it was already overdue, but getting ready for the show gave us the push to tackle quite a few things.

We've launched a new website, updated our logo, revamped our residential pamphlet, and put together new commercial and maintenance pamphlets to better show what we can offer different clients.

We're also building a new booth designed around the work we do, putting together a showcase booklet and project displays, and preparing videos featuring some of our favorite projects.

We've even started a Project Care Giveaway to encourage feedback from our past clients and offer a discount toward future maintenance work.

There's been plenty of travel planning and project coordination along the way, too, making sure we can get everything done at home while preparing for the show.

And, of course, we've put a lot of thought into the snack situation. We have our priorities.

There's still plenty left to do, but we're excited to see everything coming together and looking forward to meeting people in Orlando!

A New Look for Noble Built Adventure!

After three years of using a stock logo from Canva, we're finally making the switch to a new logo that better represents who we are and what we do.

We've been working on a couple different concepts and would love your input before we settle on a favorite.

Drop a vote in the comments for Left or Right! Which logo do you like better, and which one do you think best represents Noble Built Adventure?

WPCC Ropes Course — Making Progress

Things are moving along quickly at WPCC, and the project is coming together well.

We did most of the deck framing on sawhorses on the ground before hoisting the decks into position. That saved us a lot of time during installation and made the process much more efficient.

Once the decks were mounted, they still had a little movement until we installed the knee braces. With those in place, everything is solid, and we're ready to keep moving on to the next stage.

Cottage Park — Morganton, NC

This was a really cool project to work on. The family had some great ideas and a perfect spot to bring them to life, and we got to try out an idea we'd been working on for a while: using a swing set as the launch platform for a backyard zipline.

The family was excited to give it a try, and we're both thrilled with how well it worked out.

This also gave us the opportunity to build the widest swing set we'd made up to that point. Getting there meant bringing the longest log we'd transported to a jobsite out to the property. That took some figuring out, especially when it came time to mount it for the swing set.

Jacob came up with a great idea to build a tripod using some lumber from our shop, giving us a solid rigging point to work from.

Being close to home also meant we could bring in Wildland Habitat Solutions LLC for some machine work and an extra set of hands, which worked out really well.

All in all, this project came together great. We got to try something new, solve a few interesting challenges, and build something the family was excited about. We're really happy with how it turned out.

Indian Land, SC

Another project where we got to take a client's idea and figure out how to make it work.

The client specifically wanted a rope climb incorporated into the treehouse, so we had to come up with a way to build it into the structure while keeping it suitable for adults as well as kids, just like the rest of our projects.

If you look closely at the finished treehouse, you'll see that the main support for the rope climb is actually a log embedded into the roof structure.

There was also one minor setback on this project. I managed to accidentally drop a 2-foot level on Jacob's head, which earned him a trip to get a few stitches in his eyebrow. Thankfully, he was alright and was back at it shortly after.

We figured we might as well include the evidence.

The idea for the rope climb worked out really well, and we're happy with how the whole project turned out.

We're headed to IAAPA!

This November, Noble Built Adventure will be making the trip to Orlando for IAAPA Expo 2026.

This will be our first time exhibiting at IAAPA, and we're excited to get out there, meet people in the industry, and see what everyone else has been building.

We'll be sharing more as we get closer to the show. If you're going to be there, we'd love to meet you!

Camp Tecumseh YMCA — Brookston, Indiana

We wrapped up this project just before Christmas last year after spending several months in Indiana building for Camp Tecumseh YMCA.

We left home in early November and headed farther from home than we'd ever traveled for a project. While we were there, a blizzard rolled through, which made for some pretty memorable jobsite conditions.

Our families were able to spend some time with us during the project, too. We got to go Christmas tree shopping and spend some time playing in the snow around the jobsite — definitely not something we get to do on every project.

Most of the time, though, we were there to work, and we're really proud of how this one came together.

Here's a look at the finished project. We'll have more photos and a full walkthrough on our YouTube channel.

Crane day at WPCC!

We made some big progress on the new ropes course this week. The crane was on site to set the concrete guy cable anchor blocks and place the 45-foot telephone poles.

We also put our new jackhammer attachments to work for tamping the gravel around the poles. We’re very happy with how compacted and solid they’re getting the gravel, and it’s a huge improvement over hand tamping the same material in the past. It’s also making this part of the process much less labor intensive.

The poles are going in, the anchors are set, and the ropes course is starting to take shape. More to come!

Fishers AgriPark — Fortville, IN

This was a really fun project for us, and a bit of a milestone in how we build.

It was our first major project that was mostly prebuilt in our shop before being transported to the site for installation and finishing. That approach gave us a chance to do a lot of the work in a controlled environment before heading out to the jobsite.

Of course, the ground had other plans for us.

When we started digging the footer holes, we discovered that the previous property owner had apparently used this area to dump rocks and boulders from an excavation operation. What we expected to be a straightforward day of drilling footer holes turned into about two days of excavating craters for the deck posts.

Not exactly what we had planned, but that's construction.

In the end, we got everything where it needed to go and were really happy with how this project came together.

A special thanks to Luke Brueggeman at Brueggeman Trucking for helping us with the out-of-the-ordinary trucking and delivery for this project. Getting a mostly prebuilt structure from our shop to Indiana definitely took some extra planning.

We’re finally making some headway on the new ropes course at WPCC!

The first steps are underway, with holes being dug for the support poles and guy cable anchor blocks.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but seeing the first holes go in makes it feel like this project is finally becoming a reality.

We’ll be sharing more of the build as it takes shape. Stay tuned!
