Monongalia EMS is seeking a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to help lead our Quality Assurance, Patient Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, and Clinical Education initiatives.
In this critical role, you'll analyze EMS data, conduct case reviews, support patient and employee safety programs, oversee compliance efforts, assist with HIPAA privacy and risk management activities, and collaborate with our Clinical Services team to enhance training and clinical outcomes across the organization.
✅ WV Paramedic License & National Registry Certification Required
✅ Minimum 2 Years ALS Experience
✅ Experience with Excel & PowerPoint Required
