Please join us in congratulating Whiteside County 9-1-1 Coordinator Katie Pilgrim.. the 2026 ETSB Coordinator of the Year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

With over 25 years dedicated to 9-1-1, Katie's leadership, professionalism, and commitment to public safety are unmatched. This past year she led a massive consolidation of two 9-1-1 centers into one — a historic challenge for our county that she handled like a pro.

Katie is more than a coordinator. She's a mentor, educator, problem-solver, advocate, and leader who has shaped countless dispatchers (including me!) and willingly shares her expertise with agencies far beyond Whiteside County.

We truly are SO lucky to have her.

Congratulations, Katie! 🎉👏
