In light of concerns about Flock cameras the Morrison Police Department has created this portal to answer questions and address concerns about what the system is used for. The portal will be updated automatically by Flock. The Morrison Police Department is doing this in attempt to show transparency with the community and the use of our ALPR (Automatic License Plate Reader) cameras.
