The late notices have been mailed for the real estate and mobile home taxes. They were mailed certified. Please pick up your letter at the post office as it has very important payment information. At this time, we no longer accept personal checks. Payment must be made with certified funds, such as cashier's check, money order or cash. You may also go online to www.whitesideil.us or call 1-309-396-6448 and pay with a credit card. The convenience fee is 2.25% of the amount being paid. By law, delinquent taxes must be published in the local newspaper. The last day to pay to avoid publication is Friday, Oct 9th. We must receive the payment in the office!
