Pine Ridge Volunteer Fire Department

Prayers for everyone involved 🙏

The North Carolina SBI is assisting the Durham fire department with a fire. One firefighter has died in the line of duty and two other others have been transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. There are multiple agencies on scene actively working the fire. Please avoid the area of Marly Road and Highway 70.

We had a water supply training last Tuesday at the station! What a great turnout.... we really appreciate all our members and the time and dedication they have for the fire service.
I am pretty sure the next water supply class everyone will bring a change of clothes 😅

I know we all hear about it, see it on the news, but we want everyone to please take extra precautions of where you put your cell phones.... DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONES, CHARGERS or for that matter ANY electrical devices on your bed!!! We have ran a few calls where this has happened and could have been a nightmare for families....
Thank goodness for quick responses homes where saved with minimal damage.
