Taxes are due tomorrow, September 1, 2026. It is also the last day to pay at any bank in Carroll County participating in collecting taxes. You must have your bill when paying at the banks.
If mailing your payment, ask your post office clerk to hand stamp your envelope to guarantee a same day dropped off postmark.

The online paying website is currently down. We have a help ticket in to have it resolved. I will update when it is back up. Thank you for your patience.

Update: As of Friday, July 24, the e-check was working off and on. I am waiting for a response from the support field of the website. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of the e-check issue starting today. I am working with our vendor to have this resolved and I apologize for the inconvenience. I will post when the matter is resolved.

It is July 1; taxes are due today!

Please bring your whole bill to either the banks or courthouse when paying.
Reprinted bills at the courthouse will have a $1 fee per copy up to $5.
You can pay online with e-check or credit card, fees apply.

For questions you can call our office 8:30-4:30.

July 1, 2026 : Taxes Due!
If you don't have your bill, call us to see if it was returned back to us through the mail or we can walk you through to print it online or to pay online.

A reprint in our office will have a $1 fee per copy up to $5 for 5 or more bills. Fee will not apply to self printed bills.

Tax bills are being mailed this week. First installment due July 1, second installment due September 1.
Today tax bills are available to view, print, and pay online as well.

I ask that when paying at the courthouse house and banks you bring either your original bill or a copy printed from home on your computer.

If my office prints a copy for you it will be $1 per copy up to $5. Example: 3 tax bills reprinted by my office will be $3. 6 tax bills or more reprinted will be $5.
