❗️UPDATE: Agriculture Exemption (AE) Number Renewal❗️

Following today's meeting with the Kentucky Department of Revenue, we wanted to share that AE numbers can also be renewed using a paper copy application instead of the online portal. If you choose to do a paper copy, you do not have to do anything online in the portal, just simply fill the form out and mail it in.

We now have copies of the paper renewal application available at the Robertson County Extension Office. Stop by to pick up a copy, or print one yourself using the link below.

Remember, current AE numbers expire December 31, 2026, and will need to be renewed.

If you hunt or know of someone who hunts please share this flyer with them! This program allows hunters and landowners from Robertson and surrounding counties to donate legally harvested deer and the meat from those deer are distributed through our local food banks.

To be entered in the door prize drawing:
-Each deer that you donate
-Each "shift" you volunteer (a shift is considered a morning or evening)

We NEED volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering please contact Harley Flack or Jeremy McCloud.

Robertson County 4-H has had an exciting 2 days! 🍀
Today we had 8 kids who attended the Carter Caves Forestry Field Day. They learned how to use a compass and count their paces, tree identification, and tree measuring.
We had 3 youth who received ribbons based on their scores for the day - Sarah Gifford, Shelby Gifford, and Chase McFarland.

Yesterday, Livestock Club took a trip to Bourbon Barrel in Maysville and then went to the Insko Farm to ultrasound their goats!

Lots of information shared today at the community baby shower. KYNECT, Primary Plus, Humana, RCS FRYSC, Robertson County Homemakers, and the HANDS program through BTDHD, thank you for offering your time and willingness to collaborate to make this event successful. Congratulations to all of our families on your little "cutie pies".

Community Baby Shower tomorrow October 10th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Free baby quilt for each "cutie pie", door prizes, delicious food and tons of information for all in attendance. We hope to see you there!
