🌟This week, Mt. Pleasant Public Schools is proud to celebrate National School Bus Safety Week and recognize our AMAZING Transportation Department!

Every school day, our dedicated bus drivers, mechanic, dispatcher, and transportation staff work tirelessly to ensure our students arrive at school and return home safely.

Their commitment goes far beyond driving buses. They greet students with a smile, build meaningful relationships, navigate Michigan's unpredictable weather, and make student safety their TOP priority. ❤️

To our incredible MPPS Transportation Team — THANK YOU for the early mornings, long days, countless miles, and unwavering dedication to our students and families. You are an essential part of what makes Mt. Pleasant Public Schools such a special place!

🚌 We encourage everyone in our community to do their part to keep students safe! Slow down, stay alert, and always stop for school buses when their red lights are flashing.

💙💛 We appreciate you, MPPS Transportation Department! Thank you for keeping our Oilers safe, one bus ride at a time! 🚌

🍎 IT IS CRUNCH TIME, Oilers! 🍎

Today, students and staff across Mt. Pleasant Public Schools are joining schools all over the state for the Michigan Apple Crunch!

We’re taking a big bite out of fresh, locally grown Michigan apples to celebrate National Farm to School Month, support our local growers, and encourage healthy habits across our district. 😋

Go Oilers!!

See you soon, Oilers! 💙💛💙💛
