Central Michigan University Police Department - CMUPD

09/15/2026

In honor of Patriot Day, members of the CMU Police Department organized and participated in a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb.

Each person or team climbed 2,071 steps to duplicate the amount of steps covered by first responders that day as they selflessly put themselves in harm's way while attempting rescue victims of this terrorist attack.

We climb so they are never forgotten. 🇺🇸
